Every BioCold product comes with a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule. In many cases, the PM can be performed in-house by a client’s own facilities or maintenance personnel. But in other cases, a client would prefer the maintenance be completed by the manufacturer or by an outside service company.
BioCold offers both these options, with a nationwide network of service contractors and our own in-house maintenance technicians.

Once the warranty period is over, we are pleased to help identify reliable local service technicians to service your equipment, or provide our own factory technicians, subject to schedule, availability and travel costs.
